Responsibilities: This position oversees all the Town's Human Resources operations and processes, providing support to all levels of the organization. Directly reporting to the General Manager of Corporate Services, the position consults, advises, develops and monitors overall human resource strategies, systems and programs to optimize efficiencies, relationships and performance. Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess a college diploma or university degree in a human resources discipline or combination of education, training and experience. Preferably, they will have a minimum of three (3) years related and progressive work experience in an environment relevant to a municipal government setting.
